Devices that make life better — and more intelligent

Life Intelligence is a Singapore home-technology store with one simple filter: we only carry devices that take a real chore off your plate and are smart enough to get out of your way. Water, cleaning, and the small electronics that quietly improve the everyday — chosen, tested in our own homes, and backed by local support.

How we choose

  • It has to earn its counter space. Singapore homes are compact. If a device doesn't replace two or three things you already own, it doesn't make the cut.
  • Intelligent, not gimmicky. App control and automation only when they save you time — presets for each family member, reminders before something runs out, sensors that do the checking for you.
  • Built and certified properly. We work with manufacturers that own their factories and put products through independent labs such as SGS and Intertek.
  • Supported here. Local stock, island-wide delivery, warranty exchanges at our Singapore service centre, and a real person on WhatsApp.

Our first launch: VIOMI inno i1

We opened with water because it's the one thing every household uses every day. The VIOMI inno i1 is a 13 cm-wide, tankless AI water purifier: six-stage filtration plus UV, natural Kunlun-ore mineralisation, five preset temperatures and app-controlled volume. It replaces the kettle, the jug in the fridge, the filter pitcher and the bottled water in one go. VIOMI runs its own integrated water-purifier gigafactory — 100,000 m², more than 5,000,000 units a year — and Life Intelligence is its official Singapore distributor.

A 3-year warranty, extendable to 4

Every VIOMI inno i1 comes with a 3-year warranty. If you'd like longer cover, the inno i1 Extended Warranty adds a further year for S$200. Warranty claims are handled as a 1-to-1 exchange at our service centre.
