The product
How big is it?
13 cm wide × 34 cm deep × 34 cm tall. It's designed to fit on a typical HDB or condo kitchen counter and under standard overhead cabinets.
What temperatures can it dispense?
Five presets on the touch panel: 7–10 °C cold, 20–25 °C ambient, 45 °C lukewarm (ideal for baby formula), 85 °C hot (coffee, tea) and 95 °C boiling (instant noodles, oatmeal). In the VIOMI App you can set any temperature you like.
Can I control how much water it pours?
Yes. Set any volume in 10 ml steps in the app and save presets for each family member — for example 180 ml for a kid's bottle, 280 ml for a coffee mug or 620 ml for a large glass. Dispensing stops automatically.
What is the child-friendly button?
A low button on the front of the unit that lets young children dispense ambient-temperature water on their own, without access to hot water.
Water quality
Singapore tap water is already safe. Why filter it?
It is — and the inno i1 doesn't just filter. It removes residual chlorine, sediment, heavy metals, microplastics, bacteria and viruses through six filtration stages plus UV sterilisation, and then adds back minerals through a natural Kunlun ore stage. The result is mineral-enriched water (Sr²⁺ ≥ 0.4 mg/L) that tastes noticeably smoother than tap, instantly at the temperature you want.
What is strontium and why is it in the water?
Strontium is a naturally occurring mineral found in many premium mineral waters. The inno i1's MINERAL filter uses natural Kunlun ore to enrich each litre with at least 0.4 mg of strontium along with magnesium and metasilicic acid.
Is the water safe for babies?
Water passes six filtration stages plus UV sterilisation, and the 45 °C preset is ideal for preparing formula. As always, follow your paediatrician's and formula manufacturer's guidance.
Is it certified?
Yes — tested and certified by independent third-party laboratories including SGS and Intertek (ETL).
Filters & warranty
How often do I replace the filters?
The inno i1 uses two filters — PURE and MINERAL — sold together as one Filter Set (S$280) and replaced once a year (about 3,600 L of purified water). The VIOMI App tracks remaining filter life and reminds you when it's time.
Is replacing them difficult?
No. The twist-and-turn design means you lift the lid, twist out the old filter and twist in the new one — no tools.
What warranty do I get?
Every inno i1 comes with a 3-year warranty. If you'd like longer cover, the inno i1 Extended Warranty adds a further year for S$200 — buy it with the purifier or any time before your 3-year warranty ends.
How are warranty claims handled?

The app
Which app do I use?
The VIOMI App (works with Viomi Home), available for iOS and Android. The inno i1 connects over Wi-Fi.
What can I see in the app?
Real-time water quality (TDS), filter lifespan, water intake records and real-time usage, plus temperature and volume presets and smart-diagnosis notifications.
